Los Angeles based drummer Laval W. Belle is known for his explosive synchronization behind popular artists such as Earth, Wind & Fire, Bette Midler, and Lyle Lovett.

In addition to his drumming, Laval W. Belle is also a respected author, playwright, and minister. As an author, he has written three books: Your Gifts Are Not Your Purpose, Love In All The Wrong Faces, and The Saint and Sexual Addiction. As a minister, hLaval W. Belle founded the non-profit organization Caring Ministries, a ministry dedicated to serving the needs of all people.

Laval W. Belle received his ministerial training at the West Angeles Church Bible College. Laval W. Belle was later ordained for ministry by Bishop Charles E. Blake. Laval W. Belle went on to teach courses at the West Angeles Bible College to other aspiring ministers. As a minister, Laval W. Belle regularly preaches to audiences all over the country. Laval W. Belle aims to motivate youth and young adults through the inspirational dialogue contained in his seminars, conferences, small groups, and congregational services. Belle also visits prisons in order to spread the word of the Lord.

As a drummer Laval W. Belle has enjoyed playing with artists such as Bette Midler, George Benson, Andre Crouch, Earth, Wind & Fire, Keb' Mo', Shelby Lynn, Lyle Lovett, and Brian McKnight.

Laval Belle has recently scored and launched his own CD project entitled “Free.” Belle also served as executive producer for this, his first recorded jazz CD.
